Feel instantly refreshed when you enter the space and enjoy the open plan living and dining area with marble floors and a superbly-appointed kitchen. Admire the frescoes on the ceilings and staircase, as well as the local ceramic art and paintings found throughout the villa. Glass sliding doors lead to a glistening pool and an elegant veranda on which to unwind - a distinctive palapa offers cooling shade and is the ideal place to laze while enjoying the balmy sea breezes. For the more active, Villa Iguana provides snorkelling equipment and kayaks to explore the crystalline Caribbean Sea. After a day of enjoying all that Soliman Bay has to offer, relax in the al fresco dining area with loved ones and watch as the stars shoot across the midnight blue sky.

Five tastefully appointed bedrooms can be found in the villa, each with a stunning ensuite bathroom. One bedroom opens directly onto the pool terrace; the master suite and an additional bedroom are on the upper floor and each has a private terrace with remarkable views. Situated on the top floor of the villa, the magnificent palapa roof suite showcases sensational ocean panoramas. The fifth bedroom is located in a guest cottage nestled within the peaceful garden for added privacy.
