This five-bedroom villa provides sublime comfort enhanced by the verdant gardens and the tropical surroundings of Playacar. It’s just minutes from the white sands and azure water of Playa del Carmen’s finest beach.

A short stroll brings you into the bustling Quinta Avenida, a vibrant and energetic part of Playa del Carmen that’s alive with music, restaurants, and gravity-defying Papantla dancers performing a breathtaking ancient Mesoamerican ceremony that takes place in mid-air. Villa Kaa Nah puts you at the very heart of this fascinating part of Mexico, providing a base from which to explore the natural and cultural delights of the region.

The villa has five bedrooms that can accommodate up to ten guests. All five bedrooms have king-size beds and full ensuite facilities. Two second-floor bedrooms share a balcony with beautiful garden views, while the downstairs suite has private access to the pool and deck area. Décor is muted yet cosy, creating a peaceful atmosphere that's tastefully accented with unique works of art. The kitchen is supremely well-appointed, with every appliance you could wish for. The open-plan design flows effortlessly into the dining and living areas. These, in turn, open onto the outdoor lounge and large swimming pool, creating a secluded oasis in the middle of a jungle.
