Nestled amongst the lush greenery of the shore, Villa La Percha is a minute’s walk from the beach, where you will find your very own personal swimming dock. Kayaks and paddleboards are standing by so you can explore the waves, and the shallow waters are ideal for young children and parents. The vibrant town of Grace Bay is just 15 minutes away and the airport is only a 25 minutes drive.

Delicate cream and ochre hues combined with cooling tiled floors give La Percha a welcoming, embracing atmosphere throughout. A gourmet kitchen opens out into a gorgeous open-plan living and dining space which spills onto the terrace. The four beautiful bedrooms are all ensuite and each features a private balcony or access to the patio.
