This six-bedroom villa has a Mexican-Spanish design and is located on the white sandy beach of Tankah Bay. Highlights include a rooftop terrace that provides panoramic views of the whole bay – it’s the perfect perch for watching the sunset with an icy beer in hand.

The villa’s interior is light and spacious, with high ceilings, marble floors and hand-crafted furniture. Sliding glass doors make indoor/outdoor living a breeze – you can eat inside or have your personal chef prepare a meal for you to enjoy in the covered outdoor dining area. You'll find five ensuite bedrooms in the main villa: all come with plush king-size beds and decadent bathrooms. One bedroom is set on the ground floor, with three further on the second floor and the gorgeous master suite perched on the top floor, overlooking beautiful Soliman Bay. Finally, the separate garden guesthouse boasts a further queen suite, offering an extra level of privacy which is ideal for any couples or teenagers in the group.

There’s plenty to see and do in the surrounding areas, including scuba diving, fishing and golf. You’re close enough to explore Mayan ruins and eco-parks, while still having the nightlife of Tulum and Playa del Carmen nearby, so there’s something for all the family. Villa Sueno del Mar offers space and seclusion for a special gathering on the Riviera Maya.
