Vincent Terrace is a three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse in Islington. On the lower ground floor, there’s an open-plan family room with a kitchen, dining space and seating area with TV. Glass doors and a cosy window seat open onto a private garden with a south facing decked terrace and raised lawn. The master bedroom has floor-to-ceiling sash windows which overlook the historic Regents Canal, as well as a smart ensuite. The top floor has been opened into the attic above with dramatic v-shaped ceilings; skylights brighten a family bathroom and two more bedrooms. Islington’s cultural attractions, such as the Union Chapel, Almeida Theatre and Little Angel Puppet Theatre are within easy walking distance, as is the picturesque canal towpath. Angel tube station is about six minutes’ walk away.

Home Truths
- This home is spread over five floors with no internal elevator.
 - This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
 - The bed in the second bedroom is a raised cabin bed. It can sleep two children but it's more comfortable for one.
 - There is a crib in the second bedroom which converts into a child’s bed. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared as a bed.
 - Some noise from the pub on the street can be heard from inside the home, especially in the sitting room. It's most noticeable during summer evenings until closing time.
 - Since the onefinestay photoshoot, the blue sofa from the second bedroom has been replaced with an armchair.
 - The fireplaces in the home are ornamental.
 - The homeowners' cleaner will visit every other Friday to clean the floors in the kitchen and sitting room.
