Home Truths

• This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

• This home is on the lower-ground floor with no external elevator access.

• Two loveable cats live in this home. They won't be around during your stay but this home may not be suitable for those with allergies.

• This home is spread across two floors with no internal elevator.

• This home accepts babies, toddlers, children and pets. For pets, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our destinations specialists for information.

• The master and second bedroom are located on the lower-ground floor.

• The fireplace in this home is ornamental.

• There are cameras inside this home however they are not live.

• There are CCTV cameras on the outside of this home.

• The homeowner's gardener may visit during your stay, however they will not need to come into the home.

• There is no hanging space in the third bedroom.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
