Amazing service that's prompt and thoughtful. The propertys heating had issues and onefinestay agents quickly sent heaters in an hour. When WiFi had glitches they also sent technician quickly. Questions were always met quickly and with solutions. However I wish the property itself was more accurately described, as two of the rooms are underground but the booking agent did not know and the owner was not clear in his response.

The apartment in Marylebone was very suitable for our stay to visit our children in London. The apartment was clean and everything was in good working order. We were greeted by the lovely Lorenzo and introduced to all the working aspects of the apartment. Only downside was some building work going on near to the apartment (but we were warned about this in advance). A great stay and will use your services again !

Our family trip to London was made even more special by onefinestay's superb service and attention to detail. Our apartment was fantastic and even better than advertised. The team helped arrange transports and reservations. Luja was responsive and extremely helpful. We will definitely use them again!

Our place was just right for our family, with such a pleasing modern design. I did not think we would be able to find something that met our practical needs but also in such a perfect aesthetic!
