Service was excellent. Everybody responded very quickly and was super helpful. We requested a travel crib and a highchair and it was placed in the home accordingly. Everything was clean when we arrived and the cleaning service in the middle of our stay was really nice. We travelled with my parents and our seven month old. It was so nice to have a two bedroom unit with a living room so we could seamlessly all take care of the baby. Having a concierge was nice and you wouldn't get that with Airbnb.

Your approach to welcoming travelers, including the pre-arrival email of specialized services (which we did not use but appreciated nonetheless), the personalized welcome and introduction to the space by a member of staff, the option to drop bags/settle in early, and also the small touches of leaving tea, coffee, crackers, and snacks upon arrival -- all added up to a very cohesive feeling of feeling cared for. Despite being far from home, we felt at home the entire time. We most certainly will be using you again and also recommending you to any of our friends staying in London.

We loved our stay in London! Unfortunately, I got Covid, but the onefinestay team sent over medicine, goodies, and sanitizer. The team was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. They even sent over a mirror so I could use the hairdryer in our room as England does not have outlets in the bathrooms. Everyone was so thoughtful and nice! I couldn't have asked for a better stay, looking forward to using your services again in the future.

It was absolutely incredible! The villa, the views, the garden, the people, the food! Perfectly located in a quiet part of beautiful Sorrento, we felt just far enough from the fantastic town to enjoy the peace and serenity the region had to offer. The villa itself was incredible - so spacious with countless amenities. Our home away from home. It sits on a wonderful hillside and an immense property so garden walks and morning rounds to pick fresh vegetables were so enjoyed. Whenever we return to Sorrento, we shall be heading right back to this amazing villa. Cornwall Gardens is a great location to enjoy a day in Hyde Park and performance at Royal Albert Hall. Charming flat to come home to after West End shows, sightseeing, shopping and all London offers! Balcony provided bird's eye view of neighborhood during morning coffee and evening cocktails!

This is my second time and I would highly recommend onefinestay. The flat in Paris was very cosy and nicely decorated which I appreciate being an interior designer myself. For me it's always the quality of the beds which makes a holiday a wonderful one. The master bed was very comfortable whereas the guest bed a bit less. Otherwise everything else including the location was very much to our liking. Thank you.
