Excellent customer service. The staff was very attentive and responsive to our questions and needs. The flat is centrally located and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The Earl's Court station was 4 minutes away making it easy to travel all around London. We have stayed before with onefinestay and enjoyed this trip immensely. They are the best!

Our family of 4 had a lovely stay for our London Christmas vacation. The flat was clean, modern, spacious and in a great location that is safe, walkable with lots of great local restaurants and museums. It is only a 5 minute walk to Earl Court tube station. onefinestay provided great concierge amenities such as grocery delivery before check in and acquiring last minute EPL tickets for us. We would highly recommend!

onefinestay's prompt response and meticulous consideration put us at ease from the beginning. We were very anxious because we had been introduced to this place as an alternative after being disappointed with another company's service. But Jack was great and we trusted him completely :) When I arrived at the accommodation, the greeter was friendly and sincere, and the grocery delivery service was perfect. When I plan a trip again, I will definitely consider onefinestay first (I am already recommending them to many friends)!

Home Truths
This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
This home accepts children, but does not accept babies or toddlers.
Some street noise can be heard inside the home.
The fireplace in this home is ornamental.
There are two flights of stairs up to the entrance, and no elevator.
This home doesn't have an oven, however, a microwave with grill is available.
This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator.
The communal hallway and stairs leading to the home's entrance are well worn.
The two larger windows in the second bedroom cannot be opened.
The master bedroom is on a split-level and thus there are a few steps up to the ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom is down a few flights of stairs.

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
