Our experience with onefinestay was extraordinary. The flat was better than advertised and the team is superb. They are readily available if needed, extremely responsive and wonderfully helpful. We had asked that a few extra items be made available to us during our stay, such as extra towels and pillows and an extra fan when the weather got unexpectedly hot. Everything we requested was in the flat when we arrived and the fan was delivered within hours. This was our third time renting through onefinestay and every experience was terrific. We highly recommend them!
