The support from onefinestay was excellent. My only complaint was that the apartment seemed dusty, so the cleaning service wasn't doing their best job. “ The most important reason we have repeatedly booked with onefinestay is that the service is personal. We speak to the same people rather than a variety of customer service reps. We are well taken care of and the response to problems is personal and timely. We had one unfortunate issue with a window blind (simple entropy) that was fixed while we were out to dinner. The result was the sun did not wake us at 5:00 in the morning! Email, phone, text... all were monitored and response was plentiful. It made the whole experience gracious.
