Home Truths

  • There is air conditioning throughout the houseboat.

  • This home accepts babies, toddlers, and children. The home will consider pets on request, where an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our destinations specialists for information.

  • This home is spread across two floors with no internal elevator.

  • Access to the boat is over a gangway that moves, although it is secure with handrails.

  • This home has a TV in the sitting room that is not in the listing photos.

  • Noise can be heard from helicopters overhead.

  • There will be a £2,500 pre-authorisation processed as a security deposit for bookings in this home.

  • As this home is on water, small movements can be felt when other boats pass by.

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £2500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
