• The elevator in this apartment building only goes to the seventh floor. You'll have to climb two flights of staircases to reach the home's front door. The communal hallway leads to the front door of the home.

• This home has a communal heating system which is set by the building management company.

• Since the onefinestay photos were taken, suggestive artistic artwork has been added to the primary bedroom.

• The washing machine and dryer for this home are in the communal laundry room and they are operated with a laundry card.

• The homeowner's gardener may visit the home during your stay. They visit once a month from Spring to Fall, and a few times over the winter. We will do our best to let you know before they stop by.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your government issued photo ID.

Deposit

A security deposit is required to secure the lease. The amount will be calculated and charged at time of booking.
