House Rules
Non-smoking. No vaping. Minimum age of 25. Pets not allowed unless specified. No events, parties, weddings or amplified music are permitted. Check-in 4pm – Check-out 10 am unless otherwise approved. All guests staying at One Steamboat Place agree to pay the onsite Service fee. Quiet time is 7pm – 7am. Avoid wearing shoes indoors. Guest must follow parking rules.
Home Truths
Please note that due to the location of this listing a 4WD Vehicle is recommended during the Winter. Chalet du Soleil offers complimentary Guest Shuttle Service to all 2021/22 winter guests. Operations run from mid-November through mid-April between the hours of 7:30 AM until 5:30 PM. Transportation runs throughout the Town of Breckenridge. Please inquire within for additional details.
ID Check
Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.
Deposit
A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
