Emerald Cay is a tropical hideaway which sits on a two-acre private man-made island, cocooned by shimmering azure water and rugged coastline, in the picturesque Silly Creek. From the moment you arrive - across a unique remote-controlled swing bridge and up the marble driveway - you’ll be left speechless. The palatial mansion combines state-of-the-art technology with grand architecture, exquisite elegance and embraces its beautiful natural setting. The three-storey library - known as the ‘million-dollar room’ - is an exceptional, open-plan space finished with mahogany panelling and a hardwood helical staircase leading to a workspace and sitting room, and a third-floor cocktail lounge with magnificent views. A Crestron system automates everything from the audio to the air-conditioning to the lighting.

The detached two-level master suite offers unrivalled views, a large ensuite bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers, a walk-in closet and a separate workspace, as well as indoor and al fresco seating areas so you can sit back and unwind in privacy.
