Boasting 8,000 square feet of living space, the residence comprises of a two-floor main house with three beautifully furnished, air-conditioned bedrooms - each featuring a view of the tranquil waters and exquisite ensuite bathrooms.

Enjoy a seamless indoor to outdoor experience, with the living, dining, tv/media rooms all having direct access to the deck. The villa includes ample kitchen space and an outdoor grill, equipped for all your dining needs. A stunning guest house provides an additional two air-conditioned bedrooms featuring outdoor and indoor showers.

Enjoy an average of nine hours of sunshine on the pool deck, occasionally cooling off with a dip in the oversized freshwater pool. If you fancy a change of scenery, then a short stroll will take you down to the beach, where you can explore the beautiful natural landscape and coral reefs.
