Soaring brick arches, gorgeous tiled floors and rich dark woods characterise the home which consists of a main villa and a boutique guest house. The glorious living/dining room boasts a beautiful arched window which allows sunlight to flood across the deep cushioned sitting area and magnificent dining table. A cosy media room offers an abundance of squashy seating around a TV with a games table, lovely vintage furniture and ambient lighting which gives a fireside feel to the space.

The seven king ensuite bedrooms each have their own vibrant palette: a kaleidoscopic celebration of the Mexican love of colour. Five of the bedrooms are in the main house with two in the guest house along with a separate kitchenette for that extra piece of privacy. Each room boasts a sumptuous bed with a unique ornate headboard and delightful design accents. The master suite also has a jacuzzi tub and private ocean-view balcony. Three others have private balconies and a ground floor bedroom has excellent access.

Hiding behind the soaring white walls of the home lies a fabulously large swimming pool with inbuilt jacuzzi-style jets, framed by a deck scattered with loungers and umbrellas and secluded from the outside world by lush greenery. Beautiful, manicured gardens stretch towards the ocean with stately palms standing guard. Beyond is a gleaming brick patio with a gorgeous dining palapa and the soft sand just steps away.
