My overall experience in working with onefinestay was great! From my initial booking confirmation to my various communications with their team (Dawn was great to work with), to setting up additional services, to our stay in London, to ultimately checking out, we had a seamless experience and would highly recommend them. This is a professional organization that offers excellent accommodations in highly desired locations and provides a high-quality service to ensure your stay is top-notch. The flat was really well presented and located. The onefinestay team were extremely pleasant and helpful. It was great to have the flat cleaned while we were there.
