Set in the sleepy beach neighbourhood of Pererenan, Akashi Residence places guests close to popular surfing beaches where you can learn to hang ten, body board, or savour a craft cocktail at a trendy beach bar. A short drive along the volcanic coastline brings you to Echo Beach, where you'll find an international dining scene, vibrant markets, and indulgent spas offering rejuvenating treatments. Drive a little further, and you're rewarded with the spectacular Tanah Lot Sea Temple, which is most atmospheric when visited at sunset.

Thoughtfully designed for entertaining large groups, Akashi Residence boasts a sprawling open-concept, open-air living and dining space. The inviting living area, with chic grey and lemon seating, flows onto the magnificent wraparound pool deck. Guests can also relax in the plush media room, play a game of billiards, or work out in the state-of-the-art gym before refreshing in the ice bath. A handsome wooden kitchen has all the latest gadgets for effortless entertaining, and there are two delightful dining areas for communal feasting.

The villa's six modish bedrooms are elevated by statement modern artwork, accent lighting, and decadent spa-style bathrooms. Two bedrooms (each with access to a bathroom) are found on the ground floor: one offers a king-size bed, and the other features two queen-size beds. On the second floor, the ensuite primary bedroom houses two cosy queen-size beds and a garden-view balcony. There are two further ensuite bedrooms, each with two queen-size beds, and another room with a king-size day bed and a furnished balcony.
