Serenata is a dreamy holiday hideaway nestled amongst tall palm trees, lush lawns and the rolling fairways of a top golf course. The stunning villa offers a private and quiet retreat on the Pacific coast of Mexico, while still offering an abundance of amenities and activities for the whole family to enjoy. Serenata is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom villa with a private pool, jacuzzi and stunning surroundings. The villa sits in the pristine, exclusive development of La Serenata; a collection of six exquisite homes in the 1,500-acre private peninsula of Punta Mita, just an hour north of Puerto Vallarta. The charming fishing village of Corral del Risco - and its traditional eateries - is nearby, and there are more than nine miles of spectacular beaches to explore.

The stylish and contemporary two-storey villa is traditionally elegant and refined inside, decorated in simple and neutral tones, with wooden furniture and simple furnishings. On the first floor, the spacious bedrooms boast high ceilings, large windows to make the most of the ocean views and come with sleek, marble bathrooms. The suites are connected with a galleried wooden walkway with huge glass windows overlooking the pool and gardens, sweeping over Banderas Bay in the distance. Sit back and relax in the cosy living room or create a Mexican feast in the large, modern granite-finished kitchen - complete with breakfast bar - before eating together at the indoor table. Slide open the glass doors to let the cool breeze in or choose to dine al fresco by firing up the barbecue for a delicious lunch without having to leave the sun-drenched terrace.

Outside, a curved heated pool sparkles in the sunshine; framed by dewy lawns and cocooned by rich vegetation and dainty, multi-coloured flowers. The private and sheltered garden creates a quiet, secluded oasis of tranquillity, so much so that you’d be forgiven for forgetting you’re so close to so many facilities. The villa sits at the 7th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, perfect for keen golfers who want to get in a round or two. There are also spa services, numerous dining options and concierge services to utilise within the resort.
