Villa Jacinto is situated in a prime, up-market neighbourhood, surrounded by many established villas, and some in the process of being built. It is just 300m from the sweeping Petitenget Beach (an extension of Seminyak Beach), which is always busy and full of activity, especially around sunset. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for rent, and part of the beach is patrolled by lifeguards.
