The Pandawa Cliff Estate is set high above the ocean on Bali's scenic Bukit Peninsula, making a superb wedding and event venue. Villa Rosa I, one of three luxury rental properties on the estate, embraces its sublime clifftop setting with an elegant, open-sided lounge and a grand dining room where glass doors slide back completely to the gardens and 18-metre infinity-edge pool. Four spacious ensuite bedrooms – two kings and two twins – are ideally set up for families, while a sports centre, tennis court, spa, and large team of professional staff, take care of every holiday need.

One of three villas in the exclusive Pandawa Cliff Estate, Villa Rosa I rises from the cliff edge over 100 metres above the white sands of Pandawa Beach on Bali's southernmost tip, with breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean to fill one's gaze. To one side of Villa Rosa I you can see the rooftops of a few other luxury villas dotted along the cliffs. Otherwise, beyond the estate is sparsely populated scrubland with the odd cow or two. On the beach (a short drive from the villas) you can swim, snorkel, hire a kayak or sip an ice cold Bintang at one of the simple local warungs. This is possibly the remotest part of Southern Bali ¬and yet Uluwatu's revered cliff-top temple, Bali's famed surf breaks, the fish restaurants of Jimbaran Bay, and even the airport are all within a half-hour drive.
