Check-in: from 4:00 PM. We'll meet you at the home on arrival at your convenience.

Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• This home has air-conditioning in the master bedroom only. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

• The fireplaces in the home are ornamental.

• There are steps up to the entrance of this home and no elevator.

• This home is spread over six floors with no internal elevator.

• The third bedroom is on the lower ground floor.

• In the fourth and fifth bedrooms there is the option of having the trundle bed set up as a single bed or a double bed. Please let our reservations team know how you would like the room to be configured for your stay.

• The bed in the third bedroom is child-sized.

• The homeowner's gardener will visit every Wednesday at 9 am to water the indoor plants and attend to the front and rear gardens.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
