South Villa Klaydon is a modern, two-storey property located 100 metres from Nelayan Beach in Canggu. The villa offers four very comfortable ensuite bedrooms, a private pool with a kids' pool, flat-lawned gardens, a alfresco dining pavilion, a large air-conditioned living and dining room with a bar, incorporating a lounge space with satellite-channel TV and DVD player, as well as a mezzanine 'reading room'. The villa has a good range of facilities and is fully staffed by a professional team including a manager, butlers, housekeeping, 24-hour security, and a private chef.

South Villa Klaydon rests in the village of Nelayan in the sleepy, yet increasingly popular, district of Canggu about three kilometres from the main Canggu Road. The rolling surf of Echo Beach (Batu Mejan) is just a five-minute drive or a 20-minute walk along the seashore, and this is where you will find a a good choice of local restaurants including Skallywags, which serves a daily barbecue. The trendy shops, restaurants and nightlife of Petitenget and Seminyak can be found within 10km.
