The spectacular villa boasts 30 m of prime beach frontage on Lipa Noi and is one of the best spots for relaxing in the sand with a cocktail to enjoy the splendid sunset views at the end of a day in real-life paradise.

Baan Kilee is an exquisitely elegant eight-bedroom and six-bathroom villa with a spacious, open-plan layout. Distinctive design features make the most of comfortable indoor-outdoor living. Nestled amongst two acres of tropical lawns and gardens, the exclusive home is perfect for weddings and events, as well as being ideal for large groups and families and creates a convenient set-up for parents with young children while ensuring privacy for all guests. Fully-staffed with a villa manager, private chef and daily maid service, this home is all about creating five-star service and luxury in a simply stunning location.

There are two master suites and six guest suites. The upstairs master suite is an impressive space with cathedral ceiling, four-poster king-size bed, and breathtaking views from a private terrace. The bathroom has a sunken terrazzo bath and the suite adjoins an air-conditioned twin room for children, which doubles up as a spa massage room. The beach suite master room has double-aspect glass walls to connect seamlessly with the beautiful outdoors. There’s also a sleeping alcove with trundle beds for young children and an amazing open-air bathroom. Two double-storey mezzanine suites open onto the garden and boast sea vistas, with vaulted ceilings and four-poster beds which can be set up either as king-size beds or twin beds. Both feature mezzanine levels with folding ladders, ideal for older children or teens to enjoy. The Lily Pond suite overlooks the pretty ponds and offers a wrap-around terrace with seating and connecting door to the kids’ pool and direct access to rolling green lawns.

The flexible sleeping space is complemented by excellent living areas and an abundance of space for socialising, unwinding and having fun! Specially designed doors and windows mean the inside rooms flow into the gardens with natural woods and cedarwood shingle design choices helping the buildings blend into their surroundings. Enter the villa through a grand entrance and into an orchid-covered walkway that leads to the main dining room which is perfect for dinner parties and hosting guests. Follow the steps through another garden into the main living room and kitchen pavilions. The contemporary chef’s kitchen features a large central island with seating and opens onto the poolside terrace. And it’s outdoors where this beautiful villa really comes to life.

Bask in the sunshine on one of the property’s many sun-kissed terraces, relax in the cinema room or wellness villa, or work up a sweat in the 4,000 sq ft gym. The 22 m infinity pool features sunken loungers and a children’s playground, and guests are welcome to use the in-house bikes, kayaks, paddleboards. The swim-up bar sits beneath a shady canopy with a pull-down movie screen and projector so you can sit at the bar, a cool beer in hand while submerged in the refreshing water and enjoy watching your favourite film or a major sporting event. Alternatively, why not gather around the barbecue pit, set up croquet or volleyball on the lawn, or enjoy a game of water polo in the pool?

    • Easter and Chinese New Year bookings require a minimum stay of 7 nights. Christmas or New Year bookings require a minimum stay of 7 nights. For bookings overlapping Christmas and New Year, a minimum of 10 nights is required. Extra Beds will be charged regardless of the age of the Guests when occupancy is over villa allocation as specified above. Weddings accepted (maximum 150 guests) - 5 night minimum booking required.
