We list the house as sleeping five because the divan in the bedroom on the first floor is fairly narrow. If you are in a party of six, we can put an extra airbed in there so that it becomes a twin room.
There is some antique and decorative furniture in the home which has to be treated with care.
No-quibble cool-off period. Provided you book more than seven days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking no questions asked within 24 hours of making it, and we will refund 100% of any charges.
Early cancellation. If you cancel earlier than 2 weeks before you are due to arrive, we will charge you 50% of the cost of your stay.
Late cancellation. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your stay, we will try to offer the home to someone else. If we are successful we will offer a partial refund of the cost of your booking (less our admin charges).
