We let people live like a local, wherever they are, by letting them stay in someones place while they’re out of town. We provide all the best bits of hotel service, in the comfort of a unique home.

The unhotel is growing fast, with over 300 homes in London and New York on the horizon. That’s a lot of onefinestays, a lot of fluffy towels and a lot of guests. That’s where you come in.

Here comes the role

Are you a Remover of Obstacles? The Helpdesk team are our guests’ fixers, their guardian angels and their local hook-ups. You’ll be prepping bookings, handling queries and solving problems to make sure every guest has a brilliant experience.

This is a call team like no other - a group of fast-paced problem solvers, who eat queries for breakfast and (as a matter of honour) don’t pass the buck. That’s why we need a special kind of person - you’re dedicated to the cause, full of enthusiasm and a through-and-through people person.

More specifically, you must have

• ‘Nice person’ written all over you
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Some experience in a people-facing role
• A sharp eye for detail
• Sound judgement, even under pressure
• No qualms about working early, late and on some weekends
