New Home Executive
Description
Fuel the furnace of our growth engine.
Adding new members is at the heart of our business. But managing someone’s home while they’re away is a big responsibility, and there’s a lot we need to get right before we can receive guests on behalf of a member.
We’re looking for energetic people to help provide our business with the capacity we require to digest an ever growing number of new homes each week. You are likely to be good under pressure, organised and have the right blend of skills to co-ordinate the marketing and presentation of new homes, whilst maintaining a tight grasp of the operational aspects involved.
This role is central to of the growth of the business and you’ll have an ‘access all areas’ pass. It’s not for the faint-hearted, and you’ll have to want to work in a very rapidly growing company, with all the thrills and spills that implies. You’ll often be out and about, building rapport with our new members in order to understand their preferences as well as the quirks of their homes. At the same time, you’ll need to work in close collaboration with the Operations team to oil the cogs and ensure that ‘on-boarding’ process runs like clockwork.
Responsibilities
This is a broad cross-functional role with both commercial and operational responsibilities and daily interaction with the sales, guest services and marketing teams:
- Member relationships and experience - Take ultimately responsibility for member satisfaction and experience up to the point of their first guest arrival. Inspire confidence in our operational capability whilst delighting new members with the quality of their onefinestay listing.
- Maintain home quality standards - Ensure that each new onefinestay home lives up to our promise to guests, whilst also meeting the requirements and standards of our operation.
- Home marketing content - Schedule and manage the involvement of creative teams of photographers and copywriters and take responsibility for consistently excellent presentation of homes on the website.
- Information management - Arm our guest services team with the tools and bespoke data they require to operate each new home.
- Process improvement - Take the initiative to improve all aspects of the home take-on processes to build capacity and scale the business.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years professional and/or commercial experience.
- Self-assurance and maturity to work with a very broad range of personalities
- Practical and analytical by nature, with an organised mind and love of efficiency but also an appreciation for the subtle aspects of design and presentation
- The energy, drive and commitment required to keep pace with our ambitious growth targets
- A good degree from a good university
