We have taken pains to describe the homes on onefinestay accurately. That’s why we can offer a unique satisfaction guarantee. If on arrival there’s a significant problem with the home which we will not be able to solve promptly, then we will offer you a full unconditional refund if you cannot stay, or alternative equivalent accommodation at our expense.
All bookings made through onefinestay have a 24 hour cool-off period. If you change your mind about your booking within that time, you can cancel with no questions asked and we will immediately refund 100% of any charges.
We also provide a full cancellation policy in case your travel plans should change.
