“Park City is a majestic mountain wonderland that stole my heart. I have been skiing here for the last 15 years, and like many others have come for the winters but stayed for the summers. ”

From skiing fresh Utah powder in the winter, to winding down mountain biking trails in the summer, there is an activity for everyone to enjoy during all seasons. If extreme sports are not really your thing, Park City offers an abundance of art galleries, dining options, boutique shopping, and relaxing spas. Not to mention the Sundance Film Festival where you can experience the excitement of world-premiere films and original storytelling.

This historic silver mining town has a lot to offer. So let me show you around with my guide to Park City.

What not to miss

Discover the Utah Olympic Park

The Olympic Park was built to host many of the events for the 2002 Winter Olympics. They offer bobsledding and park tours during the winter, in addition to ziplining, obstacle courses, and shows during the summer. You can catch some of the professional athletes training, it’s a sight to see.

Go on a snowmobiling adventure

Snowmobiling is a fun winter activity to take in the beautiful mountain scenery. Don’t forget to bring your camera. There is always a good chance of spotting wildlife while you make your way through the snow filled terrain of mountain peaks and powder fields. You’ll want to snap a photo of the amazing views.

Relax on a sleigh ride

If you’re looking for an unforgettable western experience, take a sleigh ride. Bundled up in the back of a horse drawn sleigh you’ll be transported up the mountain. Upon arrival at the lodge, you’ll be welcomed with a gourmet dinner and live music. It is one of the most requested experiences in town.
