Ever wondered how our homes go from guest-ready to owner-ready, without missing a beat? For the curious among you, we’re lifting the curtain on what happens behind the scenes at onefinestay.

PART 1: “Beds made. Counters cleared. Home is set to impress”

The booking’s confirmed, the lucky guest is en route, and our team is busy getting the home into guest-mode. First up, a top-to-bottom clean from housekeeping - bathrooms sparkling, kitchens spotless, bedrooms pristine - until every corner is immaculate for the big arrival. The owners’ bedding and towels are replaced with our signature onefinestay linens, and their bathroom products are carefully stored away to make room for our luxury toiletries. 

Personal ornaments are tucked safely aside and sealed with our special security tape, so they stay protected throughout the stay, strictly off-limits. Last but not least, we snap detailed photos of everything - a visual record so we’re sure the home is returned exactly as it was, in perfect condition.

PART 2: “Greeters poised in position. The guest arrives.”

Our friendly Greeters are ready and waiting to welcome you to your onefinestay home, and yes, there might be a few little treats waiting too. They’ll guide you through everything you need to know, from temperature control and appliances to alarms and Wi-Fi. They’ll give you the insider scoop on the local area, field any first-day curiosities, and make sure you’re perfectly settled in. After that, you're left to claim the space as your own - though our 24/7 Guest Experience team are always just a call away.

PART 3: “The guest departs, Operation Reset commences.”

When the stay ends, our team heads back to prepare the home for its owner’s return. Another top-to-bottom clean, fresh sheets swapped for the owner’s originals, towels placed just so, and every ornament and book returned to its rightful spot. We double-check everything against the pre-stay photos, remove the security tape, and do one final sweep to make sure we’ve got everything just right.

 

Lights off. Curtains drawn. Doors locked. And just like that, it’s as if you never left. (Though between us, it might look even better.)
