List your home in New York or London with onefinestay, or refer a friend, to receive a complimentary three night stay in Paris at The Elysée Collection - onefinestay’s most sought-after luxury escape just steps from the Champs-Élysées.
To receive this offer, just select 'The Élysée Collection incentive' when answering 'How did you hear about us?' on your application form, or mention 'The Élysée Collection incentive' in your email to homes@onefinestay.com. Apply by December 31 and if your home (or your referral’s) goes live on our website by March 31, we’ll treat you to three nights in Paris at The Elysée Collection. Once you're listed, we'll handle everything, from finding the right guests to handling the housekeeping.

Terms and conditions
*Offer valid for new onefinestay homeowners with qualifying properties located in New York or London. Eligibility contingent upon the homeowner’s execution of a onefinestay form of services agreement on or before December 31, 2025 and the property being actively listed (published as being available) on the onefinestay website on or before March 31, 2026. All offer-related inquires should be sent to homes@onefinestay.com and reference “The Élysée Collection incentive.” Eligible participants include either the homeowner whose property is listed as being available within the onefinestay online portfolio, or the referrer whose referral results in such listing. Only one reward issued per listed property. If a referral is made, then the referrer, and not the homeowner, will receive the reward. The reward consists of a complimentary three-night stay in Paris at a participating one-bedroom Elysée Collection property, subject to availability. This offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, may not be combined with other promotions, and is void where prohibited by law. The three-night stay must be booked and completed within twelve (12) months of the date the property is first actively listed on the onefinestay website. Guest occupancy limits, blackout dates, and other restrictions apply. Travel and incidental expenses are not included. Onefinestay reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time, without notice, in its sole discretion. All home submissions are subject to standard onefinestay property eligibility, inspection, and approval criteria.
