Our City Collection features carefully curated homes exclusive to onefinestay, all situated in urban destinations with year-round travel. These exceptional city homes – apartments overlooking Central Park, period townhouses in Notting Hill, arty Montmartre hideaways – are curated and managed by us. Our Guest Services team will help you plan your client’s stay, and take care of any additional requests like a private chef or a nanny service. Homes are prepared to our professional standards by our Housekeeping team, who provide our toiletries, linens and towels. They will also visit weekly to clean and take care of the home while guests stay. A member of our team will welcome your client on arrival, and if they need further support, we are available 24/7.
Our Villa Collection brings together the highest quality villas in popular seasonal destinations. Whether your client is seeking somewhere chic in St Tropez or a serene beach house in St John, we will have a villa to suit them. All Villa Collection homes are curated and vetted by us and managed by established local professionals, who take care of your clients and make sure their stay goes smoothly, this includes housekeeping services. A member of the onefinestay Concierge team will preplan travel details and any additional services with for your client – from private golf lessons to hiring a boat for the day, we can organise the kind of extras that will make their trip unforgettable. How to tailor your client’s experience
We can share recommendations and book additional services based on your client’s needs and interests. With onefinestay teams based around the globe, we know our destinations inside out. Whether your client dreams of going scuba diving, horse-riding, or wishes to taste the destination’s best culinary delights, we will be able to craft a personal experience. Our additional services attract extra fees, and some are unavailable in certain locations.

We offer 24/7 support and that means ease and convenience for you. Even if a booking request comes through at the last minute, we will be here to help.
Step 1 – You can find and view the majority of our homes and villas online, but because they are all unique we recommend that you contact our Travel Advisors to find the perfect match for your client. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org or fill in our booking enquiry form. We welcome requests to tailor your client’s stay just select the additional services in the form.
Step 2 – We will send you a short list of homes to match your client’s requirements, or unbranded PDFs, with full details of a specific home or villa. We will collect a deposit or full payment once they are ready to book.
Step 3 – Once the booking is confirmed, our team will work with you to prepare for your client’s arrival. This includes arranging any additional services that are requested.
