Higher commission

For both our City and Villa Collections, Virtuoso partners receive 12% commission. This can be paid net or gross – just choose what suits you best.

Priority service

Virtuoso partners can send booking enquiries directly to a dedicated email address, virtuoso@onefinestay.com. We are available 24/7, and can arrange last-minute bookings in destinations all over the globe. We will then work with you to plan the perfect stay for your client, or you can refer them directly to our Concierge and Service teams if you would prefer.

Enhanced experience for Virtuoso guests

Virtuoso guests who book a City Collection home in one of these nine destinations will receive a luxury gift basket upon arrival – a sure-fire way to get their trip off to a wonderful start.

Expert training

If your team would like to understand more about our homes, villas and services, our Partners team can be booked for training sessions. We also prepare ‘open homes’ every year, allowing you to visit a home in one of our City destinations and sample the onefinestay experience for yourself.
