“ onefinestay was so helpful in getting us booked with just 3 days' notice. Our greeter, Ed, met us a bit earlier than check-in and was so friendly and funny! And our flat... it was perfect. It was everything we'd wanted. Comfortable, homey and beautiful, with a lovely communal garden, in a fantastic location. My husband's a pilot and travels internationally every week, so it takes something special to really make a mark. “ From the moment we arrived at the airport we were well taken care of every step of the way. The flat in London was beautiful, just as was pictured in the photos on the website. If anything, the apartment was larger than the pictures. A onefinestay staff member met us at the flat, showed us around and reviewed the "rules".
