At Talbot Road VII, an airy open plan living space is waiting to greet you. The pièce de résistance? Plenty of outdoor space. Enjoy coffee on the terrace, lunch on the lawn, and inspect those new antiques on the patio.

Between the charming private terrace, cozy sitting room, and generous kitchen table, you’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to spaces to gather.

Stay in Chelsea and you’ll have plenty of boutiques to browse, cafés to visit, and people-watching to enjoy.

Step inside Cadogan Street IV, and warm, impeccably finished interiors give you another reason to love the address. There’s room for eight and two sitting rooms, so you can have everyone over, then claim a spot by the fireplace when the evening winds down. Your dinner reservation may have some competition.

Maida Vale’s leafy streets offer a gentler pace, with Little Venice close by for a walk along the water. It’s a serene place to return to after a busy day in the city.
The Home:
A word of advice for those who stay at Elgin Corner: Look up. Architect Hugo Tugman gave the home glass ceilings and a triple-height void, filling it with light and making the most of every angle. It’s the sort of place that turns a walk from one room to the next into a mini architectural tour. You may need a moment to take it all in. Or several.

Belgravia is London dressed for the occasion: handsome streets, elegant garden squares, and cozy pubs for a family lunch. Even the walk home feels like part of the outing.

Four bedrooms, all on one level, with a generous sitting room where everyone can meet in the middle: Montagu Square VII offers a rare amount of lateral space for London. It looks across the treetops of a garden square, with John Lennon’s former address just across the way. He worked on The Beatles’ White Album there, so your dinner playlist has a lot to live up to.
