“ We had an amazing Christmas week in London thanks to onefinestay. We needed a large house to accommodate grandparents, parents and grandchildren and they came through. It was in a great neighborhood and the layout was perfect. We had a couple minor issues and they were dealt with promptly. Lucjano and staff answered my emails quickly and provided answers to all my questions. We were able to book a private chef for Christmas Eve who also provided Christmas lunch to pop in the oven. I even over shopped and they mailed packages back to the States for me! I highly recommend onefinestay and I will definitely use them again.

“ Our family of 4 had a lovely stay for our London Christmas vacation. The flat was clean, modern, spacious and in a great location that is safe, walkable with lots of great local restaurants and museums. It is only a 5 minute walk to Earl Court tube station. onefinestay provided great concierge amenities such as grocery delivery before check in and acquiring last minute EPL tickets for us. We would highly recommend!

“ onefinestay elevated itself above all the other rental companies my family has ever experienced. What set them apart was the guest support and concierge services, both of which we used on our trip. Prior to the trip the team engaged with me and my wife to recommend activities and helped us with bookings which was incredibly convenient. The added touch of walking us through our flat upon arrival really aided in improving our overall experience. We had a situation the first night in which we couldn't get into our building and the on-call guest support went above and beyond to get in touch with the property owner and concierge to assure we were able to get back into the building. There was also a concern about one of the appliances in the building and onefinestay worked to find solutions from a repair person on the weekend to offering to help with finding other local alternatives. It was clear that the accommodation was vetted and onefinestay was focused on making sure the stay was personalized and like home.

“ We had the most wonderful time! So great that I can't imagine staying in a hotel ever again going forward for any stay longer than a few days. I have a couple of areas of improvement that I could recommend. Upon checkin, our greeter had to stay with us for 45 minutes until he was able to confirm we had already provided a security deposit. I would have liked to have gone straight to bed, but we had to wait. I think bath robes and slippers would be a great added bonus. Throw blankets would have been great too. Because we were there for so long - the toiletries provided were only enough to last a couple of days, so more, or larger format would be great. But everything else was so wonderful - and I can't tell you enough how grateful I am for allowing us a late checkout. It really meant us getting to enjoy another day without having to deal with luggage.
