“ Casa Cosmos was exquisite! The house itself was gorgeous, the pictures online did not do it justice! Evelyn was an outstanding host! She is a delightful woman! Evelyn was able to help us with all of our needs from a last minute cancelled boat tour to decorating the house for an anniversary dinner. The house was so spacious and comfortable. Monica did an amazing job of cleaning our rooms and attending to our laundry. All of our meals were delicious! Our chef was so talented. He not only made amazing meals, but the presentation was top notch. The other staff members did a great job of putting out new pool towels each day and keeping the pool clean. Before we departed, Paulina was very attentive to our many questions in preparation for our trip. I could not have been happier with our experience. Thank you!

We stayed in a fabulous home in London for 10 days on our most recent trip and the home was well cared for, we found the home truths on the listing to be useful and helpful. We had housekeeping come through once during our stay and needed a few random things (i.e. needed tickets printed out and the onefinestay team was quick with responding and helping us find a local stationery store to assist us).

“ The location is just perfect. So easy to get to all the main tourist areas but based mins from Hampstead Village and Hampstead Heath. With great facilities within 2-3 mins walk everything you need is at the doorstep. We were a family of 5 staying here and it was great. Stunning design, stunning architecture and plenty of space. The lack of a second bathroom/toilet was a bit of an issue for us but generally if you are a couple or smaller family it shouldn't be a problem. We had a couple of small issues when we arrived but onefinestay staff were super responsive and did all they could to address the issue promptly. If you want a taste of vibrant, eclectic, design-forward London this will be a great fit.
