“ We arrived in London on a Saturday morning to discover that the renovations at our flat were not complete and we needed a place to stay. Having used onefinestay in the past, I called and was put through to Jack Bower who was amazing. After explaining my predicament and requesting whether they had availability last minute, Jack went to work and within 4 hours we were settling in. He made what was an awful situation great. Andrew met us and showed us around and was also terrific in explaining everything. We really appreciated him coming out on a Saturday night. The townhouse was probably the best of the places we have used with onefinestay. The kitchen was very well equipped and the first floor living space was exceptionally nice.

The flat we selected was well-located, but was an awkward property in terms of layout and furnishings (3 floors, steep stairs, spartan bedroom furnishings).
