The flat we selected was well-located, but was an awkward property in terms of layout and furnishings (3 floors, steep stairs, spartan bedroom furnishings). “ We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Magnifico! Rudy and the entire staff were fabulous (we miss them), and we want to come back every year now! The house is incredible and the space was perfect for our 19 person group of couples and singles. We had all the food and entertainment we could want in the house, and the staff was so helpful in organizing transportation when we wanted to head into town. The in-home tequila tasting was also a one-of-a-kind experience, and a highlight of everyone's trip!

“ We had a wonderful holiday in London thanks in large part to onefinestay. Not only was the apartment we rented tastefully decorated and quite comfortable, but the team really stepped up to make the stay perfect. The weekly housekeeping was very nice. Also, when we checked in, the team sent over extra coat hangers so that we could hang-up all the clothes we needed for a month's stay. That is the kind of extra touch other companies do not provide. I would like to add that the Soho Food Tour the team arranged for us was fabulous. Not only was the tour very interesting, the guide managed to get us reservations for a Sunday Roast meal that a restaurant that is typically booked eight weeks out. Again, well above and beyond industry standards.
