“ Our flat at Chelsea Crescent was lovely - even better than the pictures. My husband and I stayed with another couple and really appreciated that both bedrooms had en suite bathrooms. The kitchen was well appointed and the comfortable, spacious common room offered perfect views of the Thames. We also loved the proximity to all modes of public transportation and bussed, trained, and tubed ourselves all over the city. The onefinestay staff was exceptionally attentive.

“ As a family of four, having a nice furnished flat with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and a kitchen was a godsend. Our Concierge, Lisa, was incredibly helpful in getting us sorted. The location of our flat was perfect for us, it was above a bakery (where we got our breakfast every morning), dry cleaners (who also do wash and fold which we took advantage of), a store (for water, cokes, and wine), and a pub next door.

“ The experience in our rental house was fabulous with onefinestay. Our train was running late and therefore when we arrived I could only spend a little time with the gracious greeter. She explained the house functions and it was a fabulous touch. The house was beautiful and lived up to its description. The location was absolutely perfect for everything we wanted to see and do. We could get anywhere by the close walk to the tube and enjoyed countless walks through Hyde Park. The house is meticulous, and the welcome basket got us through the first day until we could get our provisions for the length of our stay. We will book again with this fine company and the house owners they work with based on this experience. In fact, we're already searching in other countries they represent.

“ Exceptional service from pre-booking all the way through to the end of stay. A dedicated team of staff were responsive and engaged to any questions we had. In a time where automated responses or pre-scripted responses which don't actually engage the question posed this was truly refreshing. On arrival we were met by Nick who was friendly. The flat itself was as advertised. If anything it surpassed our expectations. This was our first experience with onefinestay. It won't be the last. Highly recommended!
