“ We loved our stay in London with onefinestay! Our group left all agreeing we'll definitely be using this company for future travels. There was a slight miscommunication on day 1 that was resolved quickly and with a handwritten apology. The issue was partly our fault, but we appreciated the extra care of the note. The company responds quickly and kindly. It felt like a much more streamlined process than Airbnb or VRBO hosts. I think at least 3 different people responded as concierge based on time of day over our 5 day trip. Definitely recommend onefinestay!!

“ We loved staying in a London home. The decor was stunning, bathrooms were to a high standard and beds very comfortable. Just 2 negatives. The details for the home mentioned cushions for the outdoor seating, they were not in the home. Also there was no iron or ironing board. onefinestay assisted and sent over an iron and also found the ironing board in one the private presses. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

“ Location, location, location!!! Cockspur Street was ideally located to be able to walk to numerous sights, restaurants, and shows. Clean and well appointed. Had an issue on our first night, but onefinestay responded immediately and sent someone to take care of it even though it was a Sunday.
