“ Just got back from one week stay at Villa Breakwater. I have stayed in many amazing villas over the years but this might be the best. From the layout to the comfort to the location and most importantly the staff. Villa Breakwater will be hard to beat. I highly recommend to anyone with high expectations, looking for a once in a lifetime experience.

“ The accommodation was excellent, very clean and with all necessary amenities. Nice spacious rooms and we particularly liked the lounge and kitchen area which is well appointed. The only reason I haven't given a 10/10 is 1) lots of stairs to climb to get to the top floor and hard if lugging lots of luggage (however they clearly mention this at time of booking) and 2) the beds are not comfortable, for such a wonderful place investing in some better mattresses would make a world of difference.

“ From the first interaction with onefinestay, I was impressed. Their team is communicative, helpful, and responsive. It is a much more personal experience than other home rental sites. Our stay in Hillgate Place was absolutely wonderful. The house was exactly as described, and the location was even MORE perfect than we could have anticipated. We felt like Notting Hill was really our home for our five days. While we don't currently have plans to return to London, I would choose onefinestay and the house we stayed in again in a heartbeat. I would also happily recommend the company to friends traveling.

“ Overall, a wonderful and peaceful little visit in the heart of swanky Belgravia. The design of the unit and the quality of the furnishings was a feast for the senses and left me feeling inspired to return home and incorporate some of the design elements into my own space. The location - just around the corner from the heart of Belgravia village (Peggy Porschen, Bailey and Sage etc.), and walking distance to all the main sights in Central London, was superb. “ The property was the right size and in a good location (although an expensive area). We stayed for 2 weeks and they cleaned it twice which was great. I would mention the bed is a double which is small for some. I recommend they add a few small end tables for beverages in the living room. “ The accommodation was excellent and exactly as described. Great proximity to the underground, supermarkets, museums and the Albert Hall. We stayed for 2 weeks and were pleasantly surprised that the apartment was serviced twice during that time. Communication with the managers was excellent - they responded quickly to the one request we made. The only (slight) negatives were the absence of a microwave and the lateness of the greeter at the initial appointment. Had he let us know, we wouldn't have pressed the bell so many times! Overall, highly recommended.

“ We were in London for a family staycation. The only non locals were me and my husband. So we needed the open space living set up to spend time with the familly. The house was perfect for this, had the perfect set up and location. It had everything we needed to cook, play and relax. The onefinestay team was very nice even though we did not use all the services much. The house was clean and in order, just some minor details, but enough storage space availabloe, closet room, etc. The description on the web was accurrate and we did appreciate the extra fans.
