“ We had a fabulous stay. We are a family of 4 with 2 adult children and it was absolutely perfect. The home was beautifully appointed, beds were super comfortable and the kitchen felt like being at home. We loved everything about it. Would like to return in the summer so we can utilise the garden. The area, proximity to tube stations, and restaurants can't be beat. Notting Hill is a hip and happening area. onefinestay were ideal to deal with, they were super responsive on any of our queries. We really hope to return to Ossington Street soon and will highly recommend to friends. We will also love to use onefinestay in other cities after our experience. Thank you!

“ I believe that customer responsiveness is only demonstrated when things go wrong. One day before our arrival one of the bathrooms at the house we had booked flooded and could not be repaired in time. Such things happen when you rent a flat. Within a few hours onefinestay offered us two alternative houses (one was even bigger than the one we booked), both in very nice neighborhoods and we switched to a new flat that was actually great, very clean, conveniently located and spacious!! I would be happy to recommend onefinestay. As I have said you want to make sure that someone is there to have your back when things go wrong.
