Explained the house rules, trash collection, etc. We were contacted and knew when to expect a cleaning visit while we were there. The apartment was well appointed, but we would have appreciated a tutorial on how to operate the oven. We had a wonderful stay, in a wonderful apartment, in the ideal location for our visit.

“ We had a marvelous stay. The home was beautifully furnished and stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals when we chose to. The neighbourhood had lovely restaurants and two pubs nearby, as well as an upscale grocery market and large grocery store (Waitrose). The home truths explained there would be noise from a school next door and we certainly heard lots of noise during the daytime, so take note if that would bother you. Other than that, the neighbourhood was very quiet and conveniently close to so many sights and the tube station.

“ As we were arriving late onefinestay organised transport to collect us and for a greeter (Andrew) to meet us at 8.15pm. We were welcomed with some supplies, a warm smile and a welcoming attitude. During our 11 night stay we did not have to contact onefinestay but we did have housekeeping and fresh linens provided midway through. Sloane Avenue is so well located in a thriving part of Chelsea. The accommodation was excellent and made our stay so comfortable.
