“ The flat was ideally fitted; it had very good lighting, simple and functional bathrooms and kitchen, and a comfortable living space ideal for socialising or hanging-out. The bedrooms were also nice and functional. And the 1st floor location meant only one flight of stairs. While location is often a personal choice, this was a quiet area convenient to literally everything.

“ Casa Cosmos was exquisite! The house itself was gorgeous, the pictures online did not do it justice! Evelyn was an outstanding host! She is a delightful woman! Evelyn was able to help us with all of our needs from a last minute cancelled boat tour to decorating the house for an anniversary dinner. The house was so spacious and comfortable. Monica did an amazing job of cleaning our rooms and attending to our laundry. All of our meals were delicious! Our chef was so talented. He not only made amazing meals, but the presentation was top notch. The other staff members did a great job of putting out new pool towels each day and keeping the pool clean. Before we departed, Paulina was very attentive to our many questions in preparation for our trip. I could not have been happier with our experience. Thank you!

Everyone in the office was very responsive before our arrival and it was easy to make necessary arrangements for transport and small items in advance - and the team was flexible and ready to pick us up with ever changing flight plans. Check-in was easy. The apartment was clean and comfortable - a perfect location. No issues arose during our stay, but the office remained in contact if we needed anything. “ onefinestay operates with a well organized structure, including prompt answer to queries, emails or phone calls. Prices are high, but excellent service compensates. This property was well suited to our needs, 4 adults and 2 kids. The home was well furnished and located approx. 12 minutes from the West Kensington tube. onefinestay offers some additional services that we found useful. Our flight arrived at 6 a.m and the property could not be accessed till 4 p.m. They organized van service from Heathrow to a breakfast at a lovely hotel, then ordered an addional van for the afternoon transportation into the propery. It was easy dealing with all their personnel. Overall, excellent across the board. A draw back was the lack of air conditioning, which would have been a problem had the temperature gone above 32C, thankfully that did not happen and the free standing fans provided were adequate.
