“ We were so pleased with our London flat on Sloane Square and especially loved being greeted by your staff member on arrival. The instructions were detailed, and resulted in smooth operation of appliances. Our daughter found the mattress a bit firm for her preference. I slept well, so this is just a matter of individual preference. Using onefinestay makes so much sense especially when visiting for an extended stay in locations you haven't often visited.

“ From the moment we expressed interest in a onefinestay property, our experience has been superb. The customer service team has been constantly available and ensured that we had a wonderful stay. About a week prior to our arrival, the team noticed that the construction (previously disclosed in the booking information) on our intended apartment was far more significant than expected. The team proactively made us aware of the situation and immediately presented us with alternatives. Most companies would NOT have done this and it is a huge credit to the customer experience that onefinestay seeks to provide. Throughout our stay, the team assisted with transport to and from the airport and football tickets which was a once in a lifetime experience.
