“ From the moment we arrived at the airport we were well taken care of every step of the way. The flat in London was beautiful, just as was pictured in the photos on the website. If anything, the apartment was larger than the pictures. A onefinestay staff member met us at the flat, showed us around and reviewed the "rules".
