They arranged a car to pick us up at Heathrow; answered all my questions; checked in to see if everything was done to our satisfaction; arranged delivery of an extra heater and blanket; sent a technician to check on the internet and arranged cleaning crew to clean and deliver clean bedding and towels halfway through our stay. They couldn't have been nicer. Booked a lovely flat in a prime location with their advice.

“ Exceptional service from start to finish. We were greeted at the flat, given a tour on how to use the various appliances, and settled in. The flat was exactly as described and of excellent quality, as were the additional amenities. When a few minor issues arose (a burnt light bulb over the stove that required tools to access; a reset of the satellite tv) the team quickly responded and made the repairs/adjustments. We would stay in this flat again!

The services that the team at onefinestay provided were top notch - from the preparation and information provided leading into our trip, the very helpful and lovely meeting upon checkin with a onefinestay staff member, and support throughout our trip - it was truly unmatched customer service. We also loved having the cleaning staff come to tidy up and change sheets/towels midweek. As travelers who have stayed in 5-star hotels and other vacation rental brands, I can say our experience with onefinestay was one of the best yet. We will definitely be using onefinestay again for future travel.
