The concierge team responded quickly and with helpful suggestions and easy to access resources. The main thing though was the home. It was so gorgeous, all the decor, all the fittings and features. It had every single thoughtful detail. The location added so much to our stay. “ We were in London for a family staycation. The only non locals were me and my husband. So we needed the open space living set up to spend time with the familly. The house was perfect for this, had the perfect set up and location. It had everything we needed to cook, play and relax. The onefinestay team was very nice even though we did not use all the services much. The house was clean and in order, just some minor details, but enough storage space availabloe, closet room, etc. The description on the web was accurrate and we did appreciate the extra fans.
