“ This was my second stay and it was fantastic from start to finish. I particularly appreciated the proactive communications throughout the planning and 24 days of my stay. Every request I made (eg bag drop, days for cleanings) was met and when I had to reach out about a small issue that arose, the evening concierge worked with me to resolve it - something that definitely could have waited for morning. The flat was exactly as described and very comfortable for a longer stay. It was so nice to have space to stretch out, cook a few meals, and do laundry. The cleaning team was fantastic; I wish I had them at my home! Each of the three cleanings left the flat sparkling and included fresh bedding and towels. The starter gifts were a lovely treat. Exceptional stay, exceptional company. Thank you! I look forward to my next stay.

“ This is the 2nd time we went through onefinestay. On both occasions, the location was near the underground and the street was quiet and safe. The apartment is very new and clean. The most important point is that the agent waited for us in the apartment till we arrived at 10.30pm, unlike some agencies that we went through last time. We had to collect the keys at a designated place. I had to return a wheelchair at the end of the stay and it had all been arranged. What else can I ask for!

“ I have used One Fine Stay on multiple occasions. When I work in London, I need a place that is close in to Central London, yet in a neighbourhood that is convenient to the tube, restaurants, shopping and cultural attractions. Above all else however, I want a clean, well apointed apartment that I feel safe coming and going from. I have not been disappointed with any of the units I have rented from One Fine Stay. Additionally, there is always a greeter that can show me what I need to know about the home I am renting in order to fully appreciate everything it has to offer. Cheers!

“ Our 5-night stay at the onefinestay property on Granard Road was absolutely wonderful. The moment we walked into the home we were delighted with our choice. The home is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The garden is lovely and a great place to sit outside with a glass of wine and enjoy the weather and fountain. The onefinestay staff were very hospitable and helpful. Nick kindly checked us into the home and carefully explained all of the points we needed to know about the accommodation. Emma-Jane, who coordinated the final planning for our stay, was great with all the details. It was much appreciated that the staff stayed in touch with us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. We chose this propertry because we were visiting London to celebrate our niece's birthday who lives nearby in the Wandsworth area. This home is wonderfully close to coffee shops, restaurants, lovely parks, grocery stores, pubs, etc. The area felt very safe and very close to excellent transportation into London proper. The property was very clean. The home was setup very well to accommodate 4 adult couples. It was fully equipped to make full course meals. The beds were very comfortable. Because of the warm weather, the staff kindly brought in fans for each of the bedrooms. The laundry room is a real laundry room, with all the helpful equipment. This was the first time that we rented accommodations from onefinestay and it will not be our last. Thank you to onefinestay and also to the owners of this property for our terrific stay.

“ We have stayed at the Elvaston Place flat twice and truly enjoyed the experience. The home is beautiful and comfortable, with a well-appointed kitchen and very comfortable sleeping arrangement.
