“ We really enjoyed our stay at Holland Park Avenue. There was an issue with the hot water and no access to free-to-air TV which was a little annoying. The apartment itself was wonderful. Great layout, good light and spotlessly clean. Location is excellent. Onefinestay were responsive and courteous with a couple of hiccups.

“ Lovely villa with swimming pool. Roberto was our host and pool cleaner, he couldn't speak much English but we managed to make each other understood. He was very nice and unobtrusive. This is a very minor criticism because we really enjoyed our stay but it would be helpful to have a shelf for toiletries in the showers itself. Overall a lovely stay. Thank you to Filippo too for his input on check in and check out days.

“ We stayed at the charming 48 First Street townhouse in Knightsbridge. It was nice to have the whole small house to ourselves even though we didn't need the extra bedrooms. The area and the street are the nicest we've ever stayed at in London.(The others being Pimlico and Notting Hill.) The furnishings are classic, comfy, elegant english style with plenty of nice antiques. The king size bed and linens were supremely comfortable. The primary bedroom was huge with lovely high ceilings. The two bathrooms were impeccably clean and well laid out with very nice fixtures. The grout was spotless. The kitchen/ dining area, while small, was workable for breakfasts and take away meals. It was also spotless and well supplied even though the quality of the pots and pans and cutlery was pretty low. In addition to that, there were only two things that night have been improved. The dining table was some kind of plastic, not of the very nice quality of everything else, and the little outdoor terrace off the kitchen needs replacement. We couldn't find a nice nearby regular grocery store but did find a nice specialty take away food shop for one night's dinner and then, of course, there was Harrod's fabulous food hall for our second night take away. We had arranged for onefinestay to stock our kitchen which worked out really well and was definitely worth the charge vs. the hassle of shopping for essentials on arrival. The one thing I would say about it was be very specific on what you are ordering otherwise you may end up with three large bags of crisps and an entire six pack of liter size sparkling water for a three night, 2 day stay, as we did! The rest of the order was appropriate and the nice treats supplied by onefinestay were much appreciated. We would definitely return to this lovely, comfortable, convenient home.

“ We really felt like we were integrated into life in Paris in our onefinestay apartment -- the space was beautiful and authentic, and the location was in a cool, non-touristy (but still convenient!) location. Working with you all was very easy, and we appreciated the local concierge service for adding special touches to make the stay so memorable, like flowers and macarons for my daughter's birthday and reservations at a fantastic cafe around the corner. “ Always a good standard of accomodation which is why we keep coming back. Perfect for our weekend needs, this house was so well located for access to transport but also moments away from canal side peacefulness too. There is a decent car park just around the corner at Elia Mews which for London was a good price. We pre booked this. Ours was a very busy stay, wedding and birthday celebrations so we were out a lot but the house felt very restful when we were around. Our greeter was lovely.

“ I was a little disappointed my initial booking near Notting Hill was cancelled, but we had a good few days at 22 Crondace Road. It was a nice house and area to relax between our activities. Fortunately the building work next door was barely noticeable, whether that was by arrangement or coincidence it was appreciated. While the house may have been a little over sized for one adult and one child, it did offer benefit of some good games of hide and seek, and my 10 year old enjoyed the basement lounge. We spent some time playing football on Eel Brook Commons and made good use of local food delivery services. Key criteria in selecting this property were having Air Conditioning (given the unpredictable heat waves) and having a full house without the hassle of appartment complex entry / exit procedures.

“ The accommodation was excellent, very clean and with all necessary amenities. Nice spacious rooms and we particularly liked the lounge and kitchen area which is well appointed. The only reason I haven't given a 10/10 is 1) lots of stairs to climb to get to the top floor and hard if lugging lots of luggage (however they clearly mention this at time of booking) and 2) the beds are not comfortable, for such a wonderful place investing in some better mattresses would make a world of difference.

“ Our experience with onefinestay was extraordinary. The flat was better than advertised and the team is superb. They are readily available if needed, extremely responsive and wonderfully helpful. We had asked that a few extra items be made available to us during our stay, such as extra towels and pillows and an extra fan when the weather got unexpectedly hot. Everything we requested was in the flat when we arrived and the fan was delivered within hours. This was our third time renting through onefinestay and every experience was terrific. “ All stages of the rental process were assisted by helpful and prompt communications. On arrival at Vernon Street we (six of us) were greeted (on time) by Andrew who showed us through the house and explained about windows, locks and other useful aspects of the home. The decor is enchanting, the books, nooks, bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, furnishings, rugs & coir floor covering. Very well appointed kitchen with all utilities & basic pantry supplies available. Everything high quality. Outdoor seating meant we could relax outside under the trees where we spotted squirrels and bird life. The street location was quiet with all needs nearby (walking distance) - decent vintage pub, cafes, tube station, green grocer, Sainsbury's etc.
