“ The property was the right size and in a good location (although an expensive area). We stayed for 2 weeks and they cleaned it twice which was great. I would mention the bed is a double which is small for some. I recommend they add a few small end tables for beverages in the living room. The manager was easy to reach and they reserved a car ride for us.

“ We had a fantastic experience with onefinestay's customer service. Earlier this year, we booked a property in Notting Hill, London, well in advance of the 2025 Notting Hill Carnival schedule being finalized. As our travel date approached, it became clear the Carnival would take place right in the middle of our stay, which was going to be too disruptive. The onefinestay team was incredibly proactive and helpful. They kept us updated with detailed information about the Carnival's impact and relayed important insights from the property owners. Understanding the potential for disruption, they offered to help us find new accommodations and were exceptionally responsive in helping us secure a new, beautiful place to stay on very short notice. Throughout the entire process, the team was helpful, informative, and responsive, turning a potentially stressful situation into a seamless transition. Their commitment to ensuring our stay was as perfect as possible was truly commendable, and we can't recommend them highly enough.

“ From the first interaction with onefinestay, I was impressed. Their team is communicative, helpful, and responsive. It is a much more personal experience than other home rental sites. Our stay in Hillgate Place was absolutely wonderful. The house was exactly as described, and the location was even MORE perfect than we could have anticipated. We felt like Notting Hill was really our home for our five days. While we don't currently have plans to return to London, I would choose onefinestay and the house we stayed in again in a heartbeat. I would also happily recommend the company to friends traveling.

“ The accommodation was excellent and exactly as described. Great proximity to the underground, supermarkets, museums and the Albert Hall. We stayed for 2 weeks and were pleasantly surprised that the apartment was serviced twice during that time. Communication with the managers was excellent - they responded quickly to the one request we made. The only (slight) negatives were the absence of a microwave and the lateness of the greeter at the initial appointment. Had he let us know, we wouldn't have pressed the bell so many times! Overall, highly recommended.

When the lift broke down (flat was located on a high floor), they understood our predicament and moved us to another flat, on the ground floor. “ I can't say enough about how lovely our home was. The check-in meeting was smooth and easy. Our agent was easy to contact when we had small questions later. The concierge team responded quickly and with helpful suggestions and easy to access resources. The main thing though was the home. It was so gorgeous, all the decor, all the fittings and features. It had every single thoughtful detail. The location added so much to our stay.
